*What You?ll Do:*
* Assist customers through the buying process with professionalism and care * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Stay current on Cadillac, Buick, and GMC product knowledge, features, and benefits * Achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets * Follow up on leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, online) * Provide a positive dealership experience and represent the brand with integrity
*What We?re Looking For:*
* Previous sales experience (automotive is a strong asset, but not required) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude * Valid Manitoba driver?s license with a clean driving record * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
