Coni-marble Mfg. Inc is looking for a new member for administration team.
Coni-marble is a 3 generation, family-owned business established in 1969, located in Thorndale Ontario. A make-to-order (MTO) manufacturer of synthetic marble bathroom fixtures such as shower bases, wall panels, bath tubs, accessories and vanity tops, and a fabricator of Solid Surface and quartz countertops.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Communicating with contractors, the general public and suppliers via phone, fax, email and in person
· Answer inquiries ? source answers if necessary
· Accurately prepare quotes and order confirmations for Coni-marble, quartz and solid surface projects
· Order and track shower doors and sinks from approved suppliers
· Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Qualifications
· Clear and effective communicator ? active listening skills and clear and concise oral and written communication.
· This person must possess excellent organizational skills
· The ability to work with constant interruptions ? people and phones
· Acute attention to detail.
· Excellent and confident customer support skills and positive disposition
· Possess good computer skills ? Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Ability to learn Spire software
· Proven ability to learn about and understand a manufacturing process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
