We are currently looking for 2 Powder Coaters to join our team. We are also open to considering an experienced Lead Hand for this position, particularly candidates with previous supervisory or team-lead experience. If you take pride in your work, have strong attention to detail, and have experience in industrial painting or powder coating, we'd like to hear from you. Schedule Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM Duties & Responsibilities • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and completing other preparation as required. • Apply paint/powder using spray guns and related equipment, ensuring even coverage and a smooth, consistent finish. • Safely and efficiently operate a variety of power tools and hand tools. • Inspect finished products and perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements. • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. • <p class="x1yc453h xma8rkl xgoqxah xutxfr x1fie51u xgyxj25 x1xobyvs x1elgs31 x1fv8qjw xcy5tzr x1ht4adc xnvauns x1c2l018 x
