*About the Role*
We are hiring a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join a fast-paced food service team operating in the Airport area of Mississauga. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality meals under pressure.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards and recipes * Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations as part of the line (grill, fry, prep, assembly) * Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently during busy service periods * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times * Follow proper kitchen procedures and health regulations * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow * Assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties as needed
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience as a line cook or in a high-volume kitchen preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards * Team-oriented with good communication skills * Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience: * Line Cook: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification: * Food Handler Certification (required) * Food Safety Certification (required)
