Mission Our client, a growing manufacturing company located on Montreal?s South Shore, is looking for a Demand Planner to support the evolution of its S&OP process. Reporting to management, the Demand Planner will be responsible for demand forecasting, facilitating S&OP demand reviews, and continuously improving planning processes. This role requires strong analytical, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities ? Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts. ? Analyze historical data, market trends, orders, and input from commercial teams. ? Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities that may impact future demand. ? Lead demand review meetings with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. ? Monitor key KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and MAPE. ? Develop scenarios and recommendations to support S&OP decision-making. ? Contribute to the improvement, standardization, and automation of planning processes. Your profile Candidate Profile ? Bachelor?s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP, or Supply Chain. ? Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment. ? Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and demand forecasting KPIs. ? Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or planning systems; knowledge of D365 is an asset. ? Bilingual in French and English. ? Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills. ?
