Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet and exceed sales goals - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Qualifications: - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Previous experience in cashiering or sales is preferred - Ability to provide multilingual support is a plus - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Familiarity with technical sales is an advantage
