*Job Overview*
We are looking for an energetic and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the store?s daily operations, help lead our staff, and ensure an excellent shopping experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for natural health products, strong leadership skills, and a knack for creating a welcoming environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring sales goals are met. * Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards. * Manage inventory levels through purchasing, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste. * Handle cash register operations including POS systems and cash handling with accuracy. * Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new staff members. * Train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies to promote professional development. * Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
*Requirements*
* Proven supervising or management experience within retail sales. * Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. * Excellent communication skills are highly valued for serving our greatly valued customer base. * Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising, pricing, and sales management tools. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Demonstrated leadership in training & development, team management, and customer service excellence.
