The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Regina is currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and self-motivated Full-Time Front desk Agent to join our team. This position requires full availability to work any day and at any time, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays, as operational needs require. IMPORTANT: Please do not apply if your availability is limited or if you are unable to work flexible hours. Full availability is required for this position. Requirements: Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of IHG systems and procedures is an asset.Must be reliable, flexible, and available to work all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
