Job Description Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Professional Residential Cleaner to provide thorough, detail-oriented cleaning services for apartments and condos, single-family homes, luxury residences, and short-term rentals. This role follows recurring client schedules, performs specialized cleaning when needed, and keeps manager informed with arrival and completion updates. Responsibilities
• Dust and clean residential living spaces and surfaces. • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery. • Perform floor care across a variety of residential flooring types. • Clean and sanitize bathrooms. • Clean kitchens, including relevant surfaces and fixtures. • Apply disinfection and sanitation procedures. • Complete move-in, move-out, post-construction, and pet-related cleaning services. • Conduct quality inspections and provide arrival and completion updates to client and manager Preferred Qualifications
• Experience is nice but not necessary as we will train to our standards • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures. • Understanding of floor care and safe equipment operation. • Strong time-management and attention-to-detail skills. • Customer service and home-organization skills.
