*Description*
We are looking for a warm and reliable Registered Physiotherapist to join our team part-time. The position is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You?ll be working alongside a great team of healthcare professionals, including chiropractors and massage therapists, treating a variety of patients, including those with extended health coverage, private insurance, MVA, and WSIB cases. Preference will be given to candidates certified in acupuncture.
*Responsibilities*
* Conducting initial assessments based on individuals needs and stage of recovery * Providing treatment, education and training based on initial assessment * Modifying the treatment plan based on re-assessment * Referring patients to other healthcare professionals and/or services/programs as needed * Ensuring writing and maintaining daily soap notes * Ensuring safe use of exercise and electrotherapeutic equipment including maintenance and hygiene * Working with patients suffering from MVA, WSIB, orthopedics, sport injuries, neurological problems * Writing progress notes and discharge summary to referring family doctors. * Dispense orthopaedic devices

Pay: $38.00-$55.00 per hour
