Blue Maxx Basement Systems is currently hiring Construction Labourers for repair and build projects. We are a construction company based in Winnipeg ? specializing in foundation repair, new foundations, structural repairs, and helical piles.
*Duties Include:*
* Site prep, demo, and excavation support for foundation work * Installing waterproof membrane, weeping tile, and concrete repair products * Assisting with helical pile installation, wall bracing, and structural repairs * Setting ICF and other concrete forms * Loading and unloading material and equipment * Running shovels, wheelbarrows, power tools, and compactors * Keeping the site clean and safe, and working to the lead hand?s plan
*Requirements:*
* Valid Class 5 driver?s licence and reliable transportation to Oak Bluff location * Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet through a full shift * Comfortable working outdoors in Manitoba conditions, including heat, rain, and cold * Confidence using hand and power tools * Able to understand and follow safe work procedures
*Considered an asset:*
* Experience with foundation repair, concrete repair, carpentry, or waterproofing * Experience using skid steer, excavator, etc. * Concrete forming or ICF experience * Confined space, first aid certification, or other certifications
*Other Details:*
* $20?25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience * Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM start with variable end times * We are located at 3300 McGillivray Blvd, Oak Bluff. Most jobs are in the greater Winnipeg area, with work throughout southern Manitoba. * Work with a small crew using industry-leading foundation systems. Training will be provided.
