Youll be making a real difference every day by crafting delicious meals that meet individual dietary needs and creating themed dining experiences. You will support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Working hours are from 8am until 4pm on a set shift pattern to include alternative weekends with a 2 week rolling rota.

Using your culinary skills and food knowledge, youll help create daily menus, support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.

Qualifications Essential
A minimum of 12 months on your right to work. Experience in a professional kitchen and an understanding of kitchen operations. Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements is desirable.
