About this role
We are a fast-growing medical device startup on a mission to help millions of people manage jaw pain, clenching, and TMJ disorders. We are currently in the pre-seed stage and scaling quickly. We’re looking for a hungry Performance Marketing Manager (Working Student or Freelance) who wants to own paid acquisition and grow with us. If you’re a German speaker living in a sunny spot like Spain or Portugal (or anywhere else remote) and you know how to make ads convert, let’s talk.
Tasks Tasks
Own the Funnel: Manage paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok from end-to-end. Optimize & Scale: Set up tracking, monitor KPIs, test new creatives daily, scale the winners, and "kill" the losers. Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the founders and our content creator to brainstorm and brief high-converting ad assets. AI Integration: Use AI tools to speed up your workflow, from copywriting to data analysis and creative iteration. Reporting: Keep us in the loop with clear data on what’s working and where we’re headed next.
Requirements Requirements
Languages: Native-level/Fluent German (essential for our core market) and fluent English. Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience running paid ads with measurable results (show us the numbers). Tech Savvy: You don’t just "know" AI; it’s a core part of your daily toolkit. Mindset: You’re proactive, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, pre-seed startup environment.
