• A well-stocked, visually appealing market by replenishing merchandise, rotating inventory using FIFO practices, maintaining merchandising standards, updating pricing, and ensuring displays remain organized and guest-ready
• Confidence in product quality and availability by monitoring inventory levels, communicating low-stock and short-dated items, receiving deliveries, and verifying order and invoice accuracy
• Accurate and accountable transactions through efficient POS operation, responsible cash handling, financial documentation, cash-drop procedures, and adherence to established operational standards
• Fresh food, beverages, and on-the-go offerings by preparing orders to standard, replenishing ingredients and products, and maintaining readiness throughout the day
• A safe and responsible service environment by following food safety requirements, sanitation procedures, equipment maintenance schedules, and Pennsylvania responsible alcohol service requirements
• A clean, organized, and efficient operation by maintaining sales floors, workstations, storage areas, back-stock locations, equipment, and daily opening and closing procedures
• Operational readiness and continuous improvement through collaboration with leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to support any area of the market as business needs evolve
What You Can Expect
• A multi-functional role that may include market clerk, cashier, barista, juicing, and on-the-go responsibilities depending on operational needs
• Daily interaction with associates, customers, and leadership for The Market, The Pub, and The Rec Center
• An active environment where service, merchandising, food preparation, inventory management, and financial accountability come together throughout the day
• Opportunities to develop expertise in retail operations, food and beverage service, inventory management, responsible alcohol service, and hospitality
• Responsibility for maintaining product presentation, cleanliness, organization, food safety standards, and operational readiness across the market
• A physically active role requiring extended periods of standing, walking, stocking, lifting, carrying, and moving throughout the market
• Flexible scheduling that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on operational needs
• Opportunities to strengthen hospitality and retail expertise while building experience that can support continued career growth within the resort
What You Bring
• A respectful, inclusive, people-centered, and solution-oriented approach to serving customers and working with fellow associates
• Genuine enthusiasm for creating welcoming experiences and helping customers find what they need quickly and efficiently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally, empathetically, and confidently with a variety of customers and associates
• A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to work across multiple areas of the market and share responsibilities with teammates
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Composure and sound judgment when balancing multiple priorities and responding to changing guest and operational needs
• Initiative, reliability, and accountability in maintaining operational standards and completing responsibilities independently
• Openness to feedback, continuous learning, and professional growth within a hospitality-focused environment
Qualifications
