Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of Media Buyers within a dynamic and fast-paced environment Strengthen, maintain, and cultivate relationships with various channels through effective leadership and communication Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives for the team Guide and motivate the team to achieve and surpass monthly targets for expenditure and revenue Foster collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders to enhance productivity and results Oversee media buying strategy across programmatic, mobile/app, paid social, and direct channels, not limited to search Lead paid social strategy across Meta, Snapchat, X, Reddit, Telegram, and emerging platforms, driving scalable acquisition through data-driven optimization Forecast, allocate, and manage paid media budgets across platforms and geographies to maximize ROI/ROAS Evaluate and onboard new DSPs and mobile media sources to diversify traffic beyond existing channels Own mobile app campaign performance (installs, in-app events, ROI) alongside web-based acquisition, including native in-app advertising formats. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume affiliate and comparison site campaigns, from strategy, creative, and launch through to scaling and optimization, while navigating platform compliance and certification/whitelisting requirements Define and monitor KPIs, driving continuous optimization through structured A/B testing and creative iteration
