Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements: Degree-level or equivalent IT qualification, or equivalent application development experience.Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements, analysis and design, development, version control, testing, release, and deployment.Proven experience using AI to develop applications and generate code, with the ability to review, understand, and correct AI-generated code.Experience with Power Platform and BI tools.Hands-on use of AI coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, Cursor, or Claude.Skill in structured prompting and breaking problems into clear development steps.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and practical problem-solving skills.Understanding of ServiceNow and ticket-based support systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to explain database and data-management capabilities to technical and business audiences.Knowledge of project management fundamentals and remote team coordination.Ability to deliver projects using leading-edge technology. Responsibilities: Build business applications rapidly using AI-assisted development, translating natural-language intent into working code and reviewing, refining, and delivering reliable solutions.Work with stakeholders across the organisation to turn business needs into applications and automations using Office 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Power BI.Take AI initiatives from prototype to production.Use AI tools to generate, refactor, and debug code, including tools such as Anti-Gravity, Copilot Studio, Cursor, Claude, and AI capabilities within Power Platform and Azure AI Foundry.
