Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: 10 years of commercial Delphi experience, including XE2 and XE1010 years of Transact-SQL and MS SQL Server experience3 years of .NET C# experience, ideallyDemonstrable experience mentoring developers and/or leading technical teamsExperience with legacy, undocumented systemsAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experienceStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersA degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, preferred Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance our mission-critical Delphi applicationDiagnose and resolve complex defectsMentor developers, share knowledge, and raise the wider teams capabilityLead the planning, estimating, and reviewing of development workGuide best practices in secure coding, documentation, and quality assuranceLiaise with business users, QA, and infrastructure teams as a senior technical contactContribute technical direction to modernisation and transition projects Technologies: C#DelphiSQLASP.NET More:
