Non-Key Expert – Space Knowledge & Communications Expert NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector , supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.. In this context, we are seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert – Space Knowledge & Communications Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication and visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content related to the Africa-EU space partnership. Minimum Qualifications and Skills University degree of at least three years in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science , or a related field. Excellent command of English . Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset . Minimum General Professional Experience Minimum 3 years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content. Minimum Specific Professional Experience At least 1 year of professional experience producing knowledge and/or communication products for donor-funded or institutional programmes , including policy and technical content, case studies, digital knowledge platforms and/or EU-compliant visibility material.
