Job Description Amcor | Neenah, WI Pay: $39.52/hour Premium Pay: Double Time on Sundays and Holidays Schedule Options
• Option A: 12-hour rotating shift (6:30 AM-6:30 PM / 6:30 PM-6:30 AM) • Work 3-4 shifts, followed by scheduled days off (1, 3 or 7)
• Option B: Monday-Friday, 8-hour swing shift Benefits
• Medical, dental, and vision starting Day 1 • Profit Sharing 401(k) • Paid time off and paid holidays • Career growth and advancement opportunities Amcor is looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our maintenance team in Neenah, WI. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment that support our manufacturing operations. What You'll Do
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, drive, and control systems. • Install, modify, and maintain electrical equipment, wiring, motors, and control panels. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams. • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment. • Program and troubleshoot PLCs, AC/DC drives, and related control systems. • Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and continuous improvement projects. • Work safely while following lockout/tagout, confined space, and electrical safety procedures. • Coordinate with contractors and production teams to minimize downtime. Minimum Qualifications
• Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license required. • Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems. • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. • Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, and automated equipment. • Commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance. Preferred Qualifications
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience. • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. • Experience with AC/DC drives, instrumentation, and automated production equipment. • Forklift and scissor lift experience. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the shift. • Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment. • Ability to lift and carry maintenance tools, parts, and materials. • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.
