• Aligns organizational practices with core values and mission and promotes ethical standards across the organization. • Supports community outreach initiatives. • Fosters a culture of compassion within the organization. • Develops and implements mission-supporting programs. • Provides training and education to staff on mission-related topics. • Engages with community partners to enhance collaboration. • Enhances community health through preventive care initiatives by organizing health fairs and workshops for community education and collaborating with local organizations to support community health. • Provides emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff and offers counseling services to those in need. • Conducts religious services for spiritual nourishment, facilitates support groups for emotional and spiritual well-being and organizes spiritual activities to foster a sense of community. • Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Organizational [Required] • Verbal Interpersonal [Required] • Customer Relations [Required] • Grammar/Spelling [Required] • Read/Comprehend written instructions [Required] • Follow verbal instructions [Required] • Keyboarding (manual) [Required] • Computer (visual) [Required] • Four units CPE [Preferred] • Member of the Seventh day Adventist Church [Required] • At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education. [Preferred]

Education: • Master's [Required]

Field of Study: • Masters of Divinity, Masters Spiritual Care, or equivalent

Work Experience: • 3+ experience in a ministry setting, preferably health care [Required] • At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications: • Ordained Minister (ORDM) [Required]

Pay Range:
