Driven by our mission to protect, manage and automate every workload that businesses and lives depend on, we’ve built the industry’s only all-in-one solution.

As the Compensation and Benefits Manager you will report directly into the Senior Director of HR and support the overall compensation and benefits strategy of Acronis. You will work closely with one additional teammate dedicated to global compensation while also joining a large, global HR team whom you will partner with in order to support the growth plans of the organization.

Every member of our team has an instrumental role and impact on the success of Acronis’ innovative and growing business, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working in dynamic, global teams and thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as a compensation subject matter expert, partnering with HR and business leaders on compensation reviews, benchmarking, and recommendations. • Manage global job architecture, leveling, salary structures, pay ranges, and benchmarking methodologies. • Develop and maintain competitive salary ranges based on market data, internal equity, and geographic differences. • Support annual compensation programs, including merit, promotions, bonuses, long-term incentives, and market adjustments. • Analyze market and internal workforce data to identify compensation trends, outliers, pay equity risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and support global pay transparency practices and requirements. • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve compensation and benefits analysis, reporting, processes, and data quality while validating outputs for accuracy. • Develop AI-enabled approaches to compensation benchmarking, salary recommendations, market analysis, and decision support. • Translate complex compensation data into clear, actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders. • Manage and evaluate employee benefits programs, partnering with brokers, providers, and vendors to ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings. • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders and stay current on compensation, benefits, pay equity, transparency, and emerging AI practices.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience managing global compensation programs. • Strong experience with salary structures, benchmarking, job leveling, compensation frameworks, and pay recommendations. • Advanced Excel and analytical skills; Power Query or Power BI experience is a plus. • Demonstrated experience using generative AI and AI-powered analytics tools to improve analysis, reporting, and process efficiency. • Strong understanding of data quality, confidentiality, and responsible handling of compensation data. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for HR, managers, and business leaders. • Understanding of responsible AI principles, including data privacy, confidentiality, bias, accuracy, and appropriate human oversight—particularly when working with sensitive employee data. • Collaborative, proactive, and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong accountability, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
