First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Retail Management Associate to join the B.R.I.D.G.E. Development Program. The Retail Management Associate (RMA) is a full-time participant in the bank’s 12-month B.R.I.D.G.E. Program, a structured leadership development experience designed to prepare individuals for future Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) roles. RMAs rotate through key branch functions, complete structured coursework, receive mentorship, and work on real-world projects that build foundational technical skills and leadership behaviors. Upon successful completion, RMAs may be considered for ABM placement based on demonstrated readiness and organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $20.15-$25.05/hour

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Must be willing to travel to any First Hawaiian Bank branch location • High School Diploma or GED required • Grade 008: One year of experience in customer-facing or sales-related role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Grade 100: Three years of progressively responsible experience within a financial services environment, including direct customer engagement, sales or portfolio support, and exposure to branch operations or business performance metrics, with a proven ability to apply sound judgment, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and model professional standards

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.

• Must obtain registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 60 days of hire, as required by role responsibilities.
