Roles & responsibilities KPMG Global Services (KGS) delivers smart working processes, rapidly scalable solutions and the right talent. The Senior Analyst will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for core HR operations including reduction in force related processes, data management, invoice processing, and routine analytical reporting. The role holder will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail. Operational administrative duties to include: •Support employee separation and severance administration. •Generate HR-related reports and provide data analysis as needed. •Provide support for invoice processing, employee recognition programs, and data management, including distribution lists and organizational updates. •Communicate with stakeholders(internal and external) and onshore team members/leadership team, throughout all processes and escalate issues, as necessary. •Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement. •Ability to closely adhere to standard operating processes and identify and report any potential issues. •Ensure all requirements are adhered to through compliance with all appropriate policies and procedures. Maintain and update standard operating procedure documents, as needed. Skills and Experience •Effective communication, ability to articulate in both written and verbal communication to a variety of stakeholders •Strong attention to detail and investigative nature to ensure all elements of processes supported have been accurately completed and all data collected/distributed is accurate •Ability to think on your feet with excellent innovation and problem-solving skills. Analytical approach to work, good innovation and continuous improvement mindset. •Advanced proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, including page organization, document properties, security permissions, and PDF quality review. •Working proficiency with SharePoint/File Explorer navigation and Excel-based master files. •Ability to follow detailed, multi-step procedures and naming conventions accurately. •Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise own work, deliver to deadlines, train new colleagues and thrive under pressure. •Exceptional attention to detail, page-level accuracy, and disciplined use of control checks. •Demonstrated ability to maintain quality during repetitive and high-volume processing.

This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications •Non-tech graduate - BA, B. Com, B.Ed or BE, BCA Work experience •3-5 years of work experience in relevant domain •Preferred exposure to international work setup Mandatory technical & functional skills •MS Office suite including Outlook and Advanced Excel •IT literate, proven experience of working with multiple systems •Proficient data skills and business tools to create reports Preferred technical & functional skills •Experience of working in an operational environment •Experience of effective relationship management •Has worked successfully in a target and data driven environment Key behavioral attributes/requirements •Collaborative, analytical, attention to detail, flexible, problem solver and organized •Integrity, accountability, decision making and process improvement •Driving quality results, resilience, customer focused •Effective interpersonal skill and creative thinker
