Job Summary: As part of DENSO’s North America Production Control Engineering (NAPCE) department. NAPCE serves DENSO’s North America Group Companies in support of Production Control & Logistics operations and systems. Position Responsibilities: Process Improvement & Training
• Oversee operations analysis to identify areas where the user and/or system can be improved. Identify best practices for standard jobs in North America with a focus to strengthen weak areas. • Identify training opportunities and system improvements required to share the best practice across DENSO North American plants. • Create and maintain user documentation (e.g. user manuals, training documents, etc.) for North America Production Control and Logistics operations and systems. • Conduct user training to improve user knowledge and maximize the users’ ability to effectively use the systems and processes. Inventory Optimization
• Lead inventory reduction activities by monitoring inventory performance against targets, identifying excess inventory and root causes, driving process improvements to improve attainment and flow, coordinating cross-functional countermeasures, and ensuring inventory levels are aligned with customer demand, production stability, and company inventory objectives through regular review and continuous improvement activities.
Problem Solving
• Oversee Helpdesk type support for system issues related to user understanding. Work closely with North America Information Systems and users to troubleshoot critical system issues (e.g. customer orders & shipping, supplier orders, etc). Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management. Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline • 3-5 years of related experience • Preferred experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain management, customer ordering/shipping, inventory management, warehouse management and supply chain risk management. Required Skills:

Candidates residing 50+ miles from the work location are eligible for relocation assistance. Annual Salary: $83,000 - $103,000
