Set direction to govern analysis across the Our Brands portfolio to create a comprehensive view including the customer, market share, sales, and profits. Lead and/or execute in-depth Our Brands analysis by leveraging data and resources from multiple sources of the enterprise and make the appropriate connections to drive business results. Drive compliance to the aligned acceleration deep dive methodology, plans and oversee performance management, reporting, solutions implementation, training, and policies & procedures for acceleration commitments. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Partner with Merchandising leadership, Pricing & Promotions, and 84.51 in creating best practices for comprehensive category review, including customer, share, and profit • Provide strategic analytical leadership to Our Brand managers, senior CSMs, directors and VPs who lead these areas of the business • Leads troubleshooting efforts with OB Acceleration managers to resolve roadblocks for the category • Lead and/or execute the analytical tracking for OB’s department including Brand, Category and OB Acceleration process; pressure-tests ideas, provides thought-partnership and guidance around category specific analyses, coaches and trains analyst on transformation best-practices • Design and oversee implementation plan of analytic processes and tools for the base business and deep dives to ensure compliance; communicate areas of opportunities where necessary • Drive continuous improvement and compliance to acceleration deep dive commitments across the organization • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum

• Bachelor's Degree • 8+ years of progressive analytic, finance or accounting experience • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, proven ability to work cross functionally and build strategic and mutually beneficial relationships at all levels of the organization • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership skills • Fundamental knowledge of customer measurement principles and general finance Desired
