Communication Internal Communication: Warehouse In charge, Tally Clerks, Operators Purpose: To execute the day to day activities at the Warehouse External Communication: None Purpose: N/A Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
Key Roles & Responsibilities • Take work instructions from Tally Clerks, Warehouse In charge. • Un-stuff and stuff containers and other vehicles with team provided. • Fill in tally sheet, track barcodes if required. • Ensure that allotted team handles cargo with care and report any damages or shortages observed to the respective Tally Clerk. • Participate in value addition jobs carried out at the warehouse. • Observe safety rules and use uniform and safety shoes provided. • Keep work place clean at all times; shut all doors, shut off all lights, fans when not required. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. • Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards • Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace
Education & Professional Qualification: Schooling Professional Experience: 02 Years Geographic Experience: N/A Computer Skills: Experience of RF Terminals, Bar Code scanning Language Skills: Working knowledge of English and Hindi Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: N.A.
