About this role
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end trade life cycle processing across Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, and other capital market products. • Ensure timely and accurate trade confirmation, settlement, and exception resolution. • Monitor and perform cash, stock, and depository reconciliations. • Handle corporate action processing including dividends, bonus, rights, splits, and mergers. • Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, clearing corporations, depositories, and internal stakeholders. • Identify operational risks and implement effective controls to mitigate process gaps. • Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and internal regulatory guidelines. • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency projects. • Prepare MIS, audit reports, compliance reports, and management dashboards. • Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations. • Mentor junior team members and provide process guidance.
Eligibility
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. • 4–8 years of experience in Capital Market Operations. • Strong understanding of trade settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, and regulatory processes. • Experience in handling exchange/depository interactions and operational controls.
