As an MP&L Ford Champ, you will be responsible of supporting the Launch of a New Project
What you´ll do:
Responsibilities List
1. MP&L Launch New Project
• Validate MP&L Workstation Readiness across all workstations for the new program/project.
• Track and drive closure of action items to achieve 100% MP&L Workstation Readiness.
• Support the setup and configuration of SMART (Synchronous Material and Replenishment Trigger) for 100% of the Bill of Materials (BOM) items.
• Facilitate the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system setup across marketplaces and buffers, including Visual Factory implementation.
• Track, manage, and follow up on pending action items from the MP&L Launch Readiness Scorecard.
2. Material Flow (support)
• Help keep the PFEP (Plan For Every Part) updated (data entry, basic validation of information).
• Participate in meetings and continuous improvement (Lean/5S) activities, documenting agreements and following up on simple action items.
3. Innovation (participation)
• Support data collection for digitalization/automation projects.
• Attend as an observer/support member of the Innovation Council.
4. Daily / Administrative Activities
• Prepare daily activity log.
• Attend Start of Investigation (SOI) meetings and team manpower meetings.
• Assist in completing digital 3040 forms (equipment transfer to maintenance).
Requirements
• Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Engineering (Mechatronic, Mechanic, Innovation and Development, Robotics and Intelligent systems, Industrial, Material Planning and Logistics, etc…)
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials/Metallurgy, Mechatronics, or a related field).
Languages
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level equivalent), with excellent technical communication, reading, and writing skills.
Technical Knowledge
• Excel: Advance knowledge

• Analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
