About this role

• Analyze supply chain and business data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities. • Collect, validate, consolidate, and maintain data from multiple sources to support business reporting requirements. • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, scorecards, and management presentations. • Perform data analysis to support supply chain operations, purchasing activities, and business decision-making. • Partner with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and macros, to perform data analysis and automate repetitive tasks. • Leverage analytics and automation tools such as Alteryx and similar platforms to improve process efficiency and data accuracy. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. • Support business reviews by preparing reports, presentations, and analytical summaries. • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure the quality and integrity of reporting outputs. • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide timely responses to business requirements. • Demonstrate flexibility to work across different shift schedules based on business needs.

• Understand business objectives and deliver analytical solutions aligned with operational and strategic goals. • Analyze supply chain, procurement, and operational data to support informed decision-making. • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders. • Work closely with global teams and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and reporting requirements. • Drive process improvements through automation and data-driven recommendations. • Support stakeholder engagement through effective communication, collaboration, and presentation of insights. • Coordinate with operations teams and business partners to ensure timely delivery of data and reporting requirements. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in business reporting. • Identify risks, trends, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics, procurement analytics, or related business functions. • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and business operations. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Data Analysis techniques. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proven experience collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or digital adaptability with Alteryx or similar analytics and automation tools.

• Knowledge or digital adaptability with dashboarding and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools.

• Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain performance metrics. • Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
