If you are a Payroll Operations professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers a valuable opportunity to be a key member of the US Payroll Operations Team ensuring compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, coordinates with payroll partners and providers, and supports payroll-related activities to ensure accurate and timely payment. • Collect, verify, enter payroll data and create adjustments, including Non-Recurring Elements, Tuition Reimbursement, Leave of Absence adjustments, hours worked, overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. to process payroll for employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with local law and company policies.
• Update employee records and interact with third parties for payments and information relating to expats and international commuters
• Assist on annual special payments, year-end tax statements, W-2 and W-2C issuances as assigned
• Research and investigate payroll laws and regulations as needed to ensure compliance.
• Provide support and research as needed on periodic, monthly, and quarterly tax submission activities and align with the Payroll Tax lead on agency applications.

You use data and analytical thinking to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions. You adapt to changing priorities with a flexible mindset while maintaining accountability and attention to detail. For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, or a related field of study.
• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with US payroll in a multi-division, multi-state environment.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Teams.
• Ability to understand tax laws and set up to ensure proper taxation on paychecks.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Experience with Oracle applications would be preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas and analytics
