Key responsibilities of the Planner role include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and coordinating NDIS audits in accordance with scheme requirements and customer commitments. • Managing auditor availability, competency requirements, and utilisation. • Ensuring audits are planned and delivered within contractual and regulatory timeframes. • Monitoring audit delivery pipelines and proactively addressing scheduling bottlenecks. • Liaising with customers regarding audit dates, rescheduling requests, and planning-related enquiries. • Supporting revenue achievement by ensuring timely conversion of confirmed opportunities into delivered audits. • Coordinating audit teams while managing conflict of interest and independence requirements. • Working closely with Sales, Operations, Technical Review, and auditors to optimise resource allocation. • Maintaining accurate planning information within NGPS and related systems. • Monitoring upcoming certificate expiry dates and ensuring audit activities are scheduled appropriately. • Supporting ongoing process improvements and planning initiatives. • Identifying and escalating capacity risks that may impact delivery performance. • Contributing to customer satisfaction through responsive and proactive planning support. • Providing administrative support associated with planning and audit coordination activities.
