Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract Experience: 3–5 years minimum Department: Finance Reporting to: CFO / Finance Management Your Role As part of the reinforcement of our Finance team, we are looking for an experienced to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to Finance Management, you will contribute to financial performance monitoring, reporting accuracy and financial analysis, while working closely with Finance, Operations and other key functions. Key Responsibilities
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting, closing activities and performance analysis; • Monitor budgets, forecasts and actual results, identifying and explaining key variances; • Contribute to cash flow and working capital monitoring and analysis; • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and prepare analyses for management; • Support cost, margin and expenditures analysis; • Ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of financial data; • Contribute to internal control activities and ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures; • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance processes, tools and reporting practices; • Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Operations and Group teams; • Provide support on ad hoc financial analyses and Finance-related projects. Your Profile
• Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit or a related field; • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, finance, audit or a similar position; • Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis; • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP and/or financial reporting tools is an advantage; • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights; • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and meet deadlines; • Rigorous, proactive and results-oriented mindset; • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders in an international environment.
