In addition to leading our Accounting department both professionally and organizationally, you will support the ongoing development of our finance organization and contribute to an international transformation project. In this role, you will help redesign processes, establish efficient structures, and make a significant contribution to the future success of our company. Your role Lead the Accounting department from both a technical and organizational perspective. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting regulations and corporate accounting guidelines. Coordinate financial processes with our Shared Service Center in the Philippines. Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and the implementation of standardized processes. Actively drive the further development of the Accounting function and successfully implement initiatives related to digitalization, automation, and the continuous improvement of finance processes. Collaborate closely with international interfaces, central corporate functions, as well as tax advisors, auditors, and banks. Your profile Ideally, a university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification through relevant professional experience Several years of professional experience in accounting, including leadership responsibility Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards, and the preparation of financial statements Experience in transformation projects, process optimization, or shared service environments is an advantage Affinity for digital processes and ERP systems (ideally SAP) Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for guiding people through change processes Excellent German, Italian, and English language skills What we offer A global, purpose-driven company with 3,700 employees. For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 57,000 EUR and a variable bonus based on the company's earnings. Actual compensation will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant work experience, and the skills required for the position. Salary classification is in accordance with the applicable working agreement for the rubber and plastics processing industry.
