Job Description Prepared by: Chris nan Date: 2026-09 DL Job Catalogue Title: On-site Improvement technician GM Unit: Supply chain Department: Asia & Pacific Reporting to Position (title): Fabrication Production Manager # of direct reports: 1 Total # of subordinates (all levels): 10 Location: Tianjin Domestic (D), Regional (R) or Global (G): D Budget and Authorities (Please list decisions that the position can make independently, if any ) : Main purpose of the job (max 5): 现场巡线与问题改善 | On-site Patrol & Problem Improvement 工艺与作业标准化优化 | Process & Standard Operation Optimization 精益生产推进 | Lean Production Implementation 物流与现场 5S 管理 | Logistics & 5S Management 质量与设备瓶颈改善 | Quality & Equipment Bottleneck Improvement Primary responsibilities: * 熟悉机械加工、钣金、装配等生产工艺流程，了解现场工艺与质量异常改善逻辑； Familiar with mechanical processing, sheet metal and assembly production processes, capable of process and quality abnormality improvement; 熟练使用精益改善工具，具备独立发现问题、分析问题、落地改善的能力； Proficient in lean tools with independent ability of problem finding, analysis and improvement implementation; 熟练 Office 办公软件，可独立制作改善报告、 PPT 、 SOP 文件； Skilled in Office software, able to independently prepare improvement reports, PPT and SOP documents; 沟通协调能力强，可跨班组、跨部门推进改善落地； Good communication and coordination skills to promote cross-team and cross-department improvement; 踏实细致，具备良好的现场观察能力与数据复盘能力 ； Careful and responsible, with excellent on-site observation and data review capabilities. Education: Min required, for example Comprehensive school, High School, Technical Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree etc. Technical secondary school or above Minimum No of years of experience required for external candidates Have more than five years of production experience in a machining factory Min. Managerial experience or specific skills required: Understand the use of improvement tools （5why、8D、）
