Job Description The selected candidate will join the Group Financial Office – Planning & Control Division as Planning & Control Manager , reporting directly to the Group Planning & Control Director. The role is responsible for overseeing the controlling activities related to the Industrial perimeter, ensuring accurate financial planning, product costing, inventory valuation, performance monitoring and business support, collaborating closely with Industrial, Logistics and Accounting stakeholders. Main Activities and Responsibilities Lead and coordinate industrial controlling activities, ensuring accurate monitoring of production costs, inventory valuation and product profitability; Manage budgeting, forecasting and periodic financial closing processes for the Industrial perimeter; Monitor variances between actual results and budget/forecast figures, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions; Oversee logistics cost controlling activities, including warehousing, transportation and distribution costs; Support management reporting, consolidated closing activities and ad hoc analyses for senior stakeholders; Collaborate with Industrial, Logistics and Finance teams to drive business performance and cost optimization initiatives; Contribute to continuous improvement projects and support audit-related activities when required; Requirements Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields; Significant experience in Industrial Controlling, preferably within Fashion, Luxury or Manufacturing environments; Strong knowledge of cost accounting, product costing, inventory accounting and management control processes; Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; Previous experience in people management; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP and Tagetik is considered a plus; Fluent English, both written and spoken; Work Location: Legnano, Via XX Settembre 123 – Full on-site Contract Type: Permanent Contract Working Hours: Full-time Applicable National Collective Labor Agreement: Tessile, Abbigliamento, Moda Salary: Remuneration will start from €60,000 gross annual salary , depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; (ii) technical and specialist skills relevant to the role; (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; (iv) classification under the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement; and (v) consistency with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
