Overview The Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner for Crocs, Inc. will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Crocs Brand Partners, helping shape talent, organizational, and workforce strategies that drive business growth and strengthen team performance. You will partner with leaders to build high-performing organizations, develop leadership capability, navigate complex employee matters, and advance an engaging and inclusive culture. This role reports to the Sr. Director, HRBP in our Broomfield, Colorado office. What You'll Do Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent, workforce, and organizational strategies aligned with brand and business priorities. Coach and influence leaders on performance, engagement, leadership effectiveness, team development, and organizational health. Lead complex employee relations matters and investigations, providing thoughtful guidance that balances business needs, risk mitigation, and employee experience. Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and retention planning for key talent. Lead organizational design, change management, and transformation efforts that support growth, agility, and business performance. Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions related to talent acquisition, compensation, learning, and workforce planning. Leverage workforce insights and people analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve organizational effectiveness. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 6-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner and Employee Relations expertise within a complex or matrixed organization. Proven ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders through Director-level leadership and organizational change. Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, change management, and employment practices. Demonstrated experience leading complex workplace investigations and resolving sensitive employee issues with sound judgment. Title: Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner Salary or Pay Range: $135,000 - $155,000 Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
