Overview The Senior Director, Finance & Accounting Transformation for Crocs, Inc. will report to the Chief Accounting Officer and serves as a key leader in advancing Crocs' finance modernization agenda. This role is responsible for aligning finance, accounting, controls, data, and technology strategies to support the company's long-term growth, scalability, and financial objectives. The successful candidate will bring deep accounting and public company experience, combined with a proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across the organization. Operating at both strategic and tactical levels, this leader will partner closely with executive leadership, finance teams, technology organizations, auditors, and external partners to drive sustainable business outcomes. The role plays a critical part in building organizational capabilities, strengthening financial integrity, and positioning the finance function for future success. What You'll Do Lead the Finance & Accounting transformation strategy serving as the business lead for SAP S/4HANA and related initiatives, while establishing governance, priorities, and success measures aligned with long-term business objectives. Drive enterprise transformation programs across the implementation lifecycle, partnering with executive and cross-functional leaders to optimize processes and deliver sustainable business value. Lead the optimization of global finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Inventory & Cost Accounting, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Consolidation & External Reporting, and FP&A, driving scalability, efficiency, and business performance. Own finance governance, accounting design, and controls strategy, ensuring accounting requirements, chart of accounts, reporting structures, costing methodologies, close processes, financial data quality, reporting integrity, and SOX compliance are embedded across future-state processes. Oversee finance data and reporting strategy, including data governance, reporting hierarchies, and financial structures, enabling accurate management, statutory, and SEC reporting, scalable analytics, and enhanced decision support. Champion stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness, serving as the primary liaison to implementation and technology partners while driving executive decision-making, issue resolution, training, and adoption. Cultivate a high-performing finance transformation organization by developing talent, strengthening process ownership, and building leadership capabilities across accounting, operations, systems, and business transformation to drive long-term operational excellence. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and active CPA certification. 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including public company and global finance environments. 5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big Four firm. Deep expertise in controllership, corporate accounting, financial reporting, SOX compliance, and public company governance. Proven success leading large-scale ERP implementations, finance transformations, and future-state operating model design. Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership, steering committees, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes. Strong leadership capabilities in process optimization, organizational change management, and influencing across Finance, Technology, and business functions.
