As a Analyst Marketing Innovation for APAC, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Hershey's innovation strategy across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the APAC Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams, you will identify consumer-led growth opportunities and support the development of innovations that strengthen brands, expand market reach, and drive sustainable business growth. Success in this role requires strong project management to coordinate multiple initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure the effective progression of innovation projects from idea to market across APAC. What will you do? Lead and coordinate innovation projects through the Stage-Gate process, ensuring alignment across all project workstreams and stakeholders. Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful to ensure projects remain on track and launch-ready. Prepare and present project updates, recommendations, and Gate materials to leadership and cross-functional teams. Maintain project documentation and administration within company project management systems. Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to support the development and execution of innovation projects. Translate consumer, market, and category insights into actionable innovation opportunities and project briefs. Support the development of consumer-led innovation concepts that address barriers to trial and accelerate brand growth. Create and maintain approved assets, packaging guidance, and communication materials to support innovation execution across APAC markets. Analyze business, consumer, customer, category, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and inform innovation priorities and commercialization decisions. Minimum Requirement of Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in Marketing, Innovation, Product Development, Project Management, or a related commercial function, preferably within an FMCG environment. Regional experience is an advantage. Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against project timelines, milestones, and business objectives. Experience working across cross-functional teams and effectively engaging stakeholders across functions and markets. Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret consumer, market, and business data to identify insights, opportunities, and implications. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, resolve issues, and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Working knowledge of project management methodologies and/or experience supporting projects from development through market execution. Basic Commercial acumen, including an understanding of key business drivers, market performance, and profitability. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively articulate insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with syndicated market research tools such as Nielsen or IRI is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
