You turn complexity into direction and results You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, data-driven approach and enjoy transforming complexity into clear, actionable plans. Equally comfortable discussing data structures, climate targets and business priorities, you know how to build alignment across different functions and translate technical requirements into solutions that people can use. You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve, new questions emerge and collaboration across functions and cultures is key to delivering lasting results. To succeed in the role, you will bring: Proven experience leading and developing teams of specialists. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and build alignment across a global matrix organisation. Strong understanding of sustainability data, governance, reporting and digital enablement, combined with solid commercial awareness. Ideally, experience from the consumer products industry.
