Your Key Responsibilities: Sales growth as per Product Line targets, lead negotiations of pricing / claims, lead customer satisfaction metrics, developing the customer strategy for assigned client. Lead Market Analysis and sales planning of global projects for customers. Support plant topics for delivery issues, and engineering changes. Key team member of the Actuation sales team and supporting or filling in for other Sales team as needed. Process improvements on commercial topics (Quote process, Tooling collection). Negotiation of terms and conditions, gain legal support when required. Dealing with confidential topics. External communication with customer puchasing and engineering teams, Internal communication with all functions for preparing quotes and commercial topics, Building customer relationships is critical to the success of this role Implementing changes at our production facilities, promoting new products as required Sales planning and strategies for products / customers Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred 10 Years of automotive or industrial experience from either engineering, project management or previous sales/account management experience. Applicants must be authorized to legally work in Canada. Experience in building customer relationships while maintaining existing business. Ability to prioritize and make decisions. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication ability (written & verbal). Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
