Requisition ID: 78567 Description Our Singapore Design Center is looking for Intern/trainee to work on analog Integrated Circuit (IC) designs for mobile handset applications. The candidate will work with a mentor, be exposed and get trained in one or several of the following crucial IC design activities. Responsibilities Simulating/validating performance of integrated circuits for use in mobile phones across supply, temperature, and process variations. Extensive transistor-level design & simulation to understand the operation of circuit kernels; correlating measurements with simulations. Creating compliance matrices against spec, analyzing/plotting data and presenting results to larger audience. Required Experience and Skills Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any Engineering-related discipline. Understanding of Analog/RF circuit design fundamentals. A self-motivated and team player with strong desire to continue to learn on the job. Desired Experience and Skills Knowledge of semiconductor devices physics or electromagnetism a plus. Exposure to prevalent EDA tools like cadence, ADS, Spice, or matlab a major plus.
