Job Overview Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del programa de producción de CNC, así como los programas de fabricación solicitados de Placas, Cajas de Corazón y Diseños nuevos, en un ambiente de trabajo sano con respeto a los colaboradores y cumpliendo estándares de Seguridad, Calidad, Tiempo de Entrega, Costo y Cuidado del medio ambiente A Day In The Life Dar cumplimiento a los estándares de Calidad y Seguridad, Programas de CNC. Cumplimiento a los diferentes programas de capacitación propios y de los operadores de CNC. Interpretar planos técnicos, especificaciones y tolerancias de fabricación. Realizar programación y ajustes de parámetros en equipos CNC según requerimientos de producción. Verificar los programas completados ejecutando simulaciones o pruebas. Determinar la secuencia de operaciones en un programa. Elegir las herramientas de corte necesarias. Escribir programas y modificar los existentes para aumentar la eficiencia. Analizar y seleccionar velocidades y herramientas de corte para programas. Supervisar todos los programas para asegurarse que siguen las instrucciones del plan y completan la tarea de manera segura y exitosa. Cumplir con todas las normas y reglamentos de seguridad.
