The Assembler's scope is to safely assemble individual components into heat exchangers in accordance with the engineering specifications while following work instructions and leadership’s directions; as well as other production related tasks. What Will You Do? Stack/Assemble materials in accordance with engineering drawings. Forklift, pallet jack, crane, material handling safely handled and utilized. Following direction independently from supervisor to completion of job responsibilities. *Please note, this is a 2nd shift position Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… Manufacturing Plant Environment – Required PPE. Warehouse driving such as forklift, lift trucks, etc. Shipment transport, driving box truck, etc. Lift up to 50 lbs. Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other movement as necessary. This position is classified as safety sensitive. Due to the use of heavy machinery, power tools, and exposure to potentially hazardous conditions, the role requires heightened awareness and adherence to all safety protocols. Employees must be able to perform duties in a manner that ensures their own safety and the safety of others in the workplace Your Experience Should Be... Minimum of 6 months in assembly: Safety Rules Manufacturing Quality Checks Teamwork and Communication Able to Follow/Read assembly drawings and blueprints Tape Measure / Calipers / Micrometer / Handtools Pallet Jack Assembly Quality Issues/Recognigtion Machine Operators Clamp Truck Stack Boxes General Maintenance Product Quality Hoists Bundling Production Process Safety Procedures Customer Specifications Control Panels PPE Ability to: Adhere to Company Standards and Values Follow attendance guidelines and structure Meet deadlines for assignments Interact personably with co-workers and associates Our Benefits Package...
