Your new responsibilities Perform daily line issue troubleshooting, process engineering and production support for Thermal process Work as a team with Manufacturing team to resolve production issues and reduce production line interruption Responsible for setup of unit process for new transfer technologies to ensure successful qualification, yield learning and production ramp. Lead FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC) Manage and Setup recipe and procedural control. Assessment of process changes and process change management Deviation management (effective/timely analysis of deviations) Design & execute experiments and perform proper analysis & documentation on the results. Work with Process Integration for the Design of Experiments and analyse end results for device design. Interface between business units, process engineering, process integration, reliability engineering and production Interact and communicate effectively in cross functional teams. Provides mentorship and guidance to senior engineers and junior engineers Who we are looking for Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics or equivalent. Candidate with Master's Degree will have an added advantage. At least 5 years of in-depth knowledge of characterization methodology on semiconductor manufacturing unit processes materials and equipment engineering. Experience in Design of Experiment (DOE) is an advantage. Must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in groups. Able to organize and coordinate multiple projects in a timely manner.
