Join Coloplast and help shape the next generation of wound and tissue repair solutions. Here, you will move between market insight, portfolio strategy, innovation and hands-on execution – turning insights and ideas into solutions that help make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Working together to move wound care forward You will join us at our HQ in Humlebæk. Here, you will become part of Wound & Tissue Repair, working with products and solutions that support healthcare professionals in wound management and patient care. That takes more than one function or one perspective. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, R&D, Operations and many other functions, with plenty of room to share ideas, learn from each other and have fun along the way. From “what if?” to “what next?” This is not a role where you spend all your time making strategies about strategies. You will work across the product and portfolio journey – spotting opportunities, figuring out which ones make sense and helping turn the right ones into reality. Sometimes you will facilitate a workstream from beginning to end. At other times, you will have several things moving at once. That flexibility is very much part of the job. More specifically, you will: • Explore customer needs, market trends, competitors, technologies, access, reimbursement and regulatory developments to identify opportunities • Turn market, clinical, technical and financial insights into business cases, portfolio choices and clear recommendations • Lead or support innovation and product development from opportunity assessment through concept, feasibility, development and transfer • Shape launch, market expansion and lifecycle plans based on strategic fit, unmet needs and commercial potential • Bring cross-functional teams together around clear objectives, responsibilities, decisions and next steps With a global scope comes the opportunity to get out and meet the people you work with, with approximately 10-15% travel. A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach You have a strategic and analytical mindset, but you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when an idea needs moving forward. You are curious, collaborative and comfortable when there is not a ready-made answer – and you know how to bring people with you when priorities, perspectives and possibilities compete for attention. We also imagine that you: • Have a master’s degree in business, marketing, economics, healthcare, science, engineering or a related discipline • Bring approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in product strategy, product development, portfolio management, business development, consulting or a related role, preferably within regulated healthcare • Have successfully led complex cross-functional initiatives and developed business cases • Can translate market, clinical, technical and financial information into recommendations • Have strong English and Microsoft Office skills Interested? If you would like to know more about the position, please e-mail Senior Director of Strategy & Development Wound & Tissue Repair, Thomas Kondrup Hardahl, on [email protected] We will take candidates into the recruitment process continuously, so do not hesitate to apply. This position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found.
