Learn from deep subject matter experts through mentoring and on the job coaching What will your typical day look like? As a member of the Solutions Hub, you will work alongside pursuit, solution, delivery, finance, and commercial teams to shape competitive and commercially sound solutions for professional services and managed services opportunities. In this role, you will translate solution scope, delivery assumptions, resource models, and commercial requirements into detailed pricing models and recommendations. You will evaluate alternative pricing and delivery scenarios, assess margin, cash flow, and contract risks, and clearly communicate insights to pursuit leaders and senior stakeholders. You will also help improve the Solutions Hub’s pricing tools, templates, processes, and knowledge base, bringing consistency and leading practices to proposals across the business. About the team The Solutions Hub is comprised of client service professionals who support solution development, pricing, and financial analysis across pursuits and engagements. The team collaborates with stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle to develop commercially sound solutions, strengthen financial outcomes, and provide insight into the financial implications of key decisions. Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone who has these skills, experience & qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, financial analysis, deal support, or engagement economics within a professional services, consulting, technology services, or managed services environment. Hands-on experience developing financial models for proposals and contracts, including revenue, cost, margin, cash flow, utilization, and scenario or sensitivity analysis. Working knowledge of professional services and managed services economics, including resource pyramids, onshore and offshore delivery mixes, transition costs, productivity assumptions, service-level commitments, inflation, and multi-year contract structures. Experience assessing and supporting a range of commercial models, such as time and materials, fixed fee, fixed capacity, milestone-based, consumption-based, and outcome-based pricing. Ability to translate solution assumptions, scope, staffing plans, and delivery risks into clear pricing recommendations and commercially sound deal structures. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and model quality checks; experience with Power BI, macros, or other analytical tools is an asset. Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail, with the ability to identify pricing risks, challenge assumptions constructively, and work with incomplete or evolving information. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex financial information for pursuit leaders, delivery teams, finance, and senior stakeholders. A collaborative, client-service mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight proposal deadlines, and take ownership of pricing analyses from initial assumptions through approval. It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well: Bilingualism in English and French. CPA, CFA, MBA, or other relevant designation. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
