Job Responsibilities Update personal files Update SAP according to recruitment approval Generate reports, check errors, inform relevant stakeholders for corrections Do corrections within salary process if any mistakes send by payroll unit Solve employee salary matters Update Advance (if requested) Update rosters, manual in and Outs, OT Approval Attendance machine/ HRMS Issues coordination/solving issues Arrange staff according to requirement of HR Ops Person Specifications Interested candidates are encouraged to apply on HIVE before the 15/10/2026.
