Our small, friendly, village school has a real family feel and is at the heart of the community. The Governors and staff are looking for an experienced senior leader, with a strong track record in whole school leadership and core learning.
The Headteacher we are looking for will:
continue to develop the Christian ethos and vision of the School, alongside our Governors.demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.build on our culture where individuals are encouraged to succeed and everyone’s contribution is valued.be committed to developing all staff through effective coaching, continued support and empowerment.be able to support positive relationships with pupils, parents, Governors, parish and wider community.be empathetic toward an inclusive faith-based education.Be an exceptional communicator who will build trusted and supportive partnerships with both staff and parents.
