About this role
We are looking for a practitioner who:
is an experienced Primary SEN teacher (essential) has strong knowledge and experience of working with pupils with SEND demonstrates excellent teaching and classroom practice can plan, implement and evaluate high‑quality learning can tailor individual programmes for pupils with complex needs can motivate, lead and develop staff and foster collaborative practice communicates effectively with parents, carers and multi‑agency partners has strong organisational skills and initiative
Preferable experience (training can be provided for the right candidate):
EYFS trainingexperience of teaching pupils with SLD and complex ASDuse of TEACCH approachesknowledge and practical use of AAC, including a range of communication strategies
