About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to support a modern and growing technology environment within a thriving secondary school. You will provide technical support to staff and students, maintain IT equipment, assist with network and system management, and help ensure that technology supports outstanding teaching and learning.
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.Has experience of supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.Can work independently whilst contributing positively to a team.Is committed to delivering a reliable and professional support service.Shares the values of WeST: Collaboration, Aspiration, Integrity, Compassion and Respect. Experience within an educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
